Coach Brings Team USA Experience to Turnstone

As far back as I can remember, sports have played a huge role in my life. Every free moment I had was spent on the field, diamond, court, or any other place where I could find some sort of sporting opportunity. Through sport, I was able to learn countless life lessons which I still use every day. I am forever thankful to all the coaches who spent the time to help me along the way. When my athletic career came to a conclusion I was determined to provide the same opportunities to learn and grow through sport as I was given.

As a Goalball coach for the last 15 years, I was able to work side by side with some of the hardest-working athletes in the country. It was an absolute honor to be able to give back to the sporting community and I truly cherished every moment.

Now as I transition into the next phase of my life I am thrilled to be able to continue to work in the field of sports and recreation. As a member of Turnstone’s Sports and Rec department, I am so excited to be working with individuals who share my passion for sport. To the athletes, coaches, and staff who call Turnstone home, thank you for allowing me to work with you. My goal has always been to provide opportunities for those looking to enter the life-changing world of sports. Working for Turnstone will allow me to continue to chase my dreams and hopefully, I can help you chase yours as well.
