disABILITIES EXPO

On April 10, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Turnstone will host the northeast Indiana's first disABILITIES Expo at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Admission is FREE!

disABILITIES Expo 2010 is designed for children and adults with physical and neurological disabilities,
persons with vision and hearing loss, and seniors, as well as their families and caregivers, including therapists and educators.

Why attend disABILITIES Expo 2010? There will be something for everyone:

  • FREE workshops will be offered specific to the needs of people with physical disabilities
    and their caregivers!
  • Expo guests will be given the opportunity to watch and participate in paralympic sports demos!
  • Expo exhibitors will include companies providing services for children and adults with physical
    and neurological disabilities, people with vision and hearing loss, seniors, and caregivers.

Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) accommodations will be available during the event workshops. Please contact Jennifer Neher for more information, or fill out the registration form, indicating your need for CART accommodations.
